Future Self Health Habits Audit
Say hello to the brutally honest health audit mixed with your favourite 2000s magazine quiz.
So grab a fluffy pen or your laptop, tick one answer per question, but most importantly…
Be honest.
At the risk of sounding like your secondary school French teacher, the only person you’re cheating is yourself. The more honest you are, the clearer the picture of what you can currently work on.
How it works: tick A, B, C or D for each question. Count up your letters at the end, read your verdict, then check your Starting Pillar aka the one habit to build first.
Sleep
☐ A) In bed, lights off, phone charging on the other side of the room like the responsible adult I'm pretending to be.
☐ B) In bed but scrolling - I'll put it down in five minutes… maybe..
☐ C) Three episodes deep, weighing up how bad watching one more episode would really be.
☐ D) Awake, mind racing, no where near relaxed. If every other night is anything to go by, I won’t be asleep for another few hours.
☐ A) Out the door for a walk to get my morning light before screen light of course.
☐ B) The curtains open are open and I’ve got a coffee in hand. I’ll get some daylight before midday (I hope).
☐ C) I’m up 30 mins before work and stick in pyjama bottoms until my first meeting. The sun and I are not well acquainted.
☐ D) Snooze, snooze, snooze.. then panic.
Fuel
☐ A) 3 regular meals plus snacks. My body can rely on me to provide it with fuel, consistently.
